Terms and Conditions

1. The terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods detailed in our quotation to you (the buyer) from pampeano Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales under number 06662405, whose registered office is at 9 Station Field, Kidlington, OX5 1JD, UK.
2. Prices are exclusive of fees for packaging and transportation/delivery.
3. Prices are exclusive of any applicable VAT and other taxes, levies, or duties which are imposed by any competent authority. All prices are subject to alteration at any time.
4. Any quotation is valid for a period of 30 days only from the date shown in it unless expressly withdrawn by us at an earlier time.
5. Once an order has been received/accepted, payment must reach us within 7 working days. We accept the following methods of payment – Debit card, Credit card, cheque, or BACs. 
6. Any order that does not meet the minimum order value of £300 is subject to £10.00 / €15.00 / $15.00 small order surcharge.
7. Third party websites may not be used for the sale of our branded products without our written authorisation prior to the event.
8. We will arrange for the delivery of the Goods to the address specified in the quotation, or your order, or to another location we agree to in writing. We do not deliver to Exhibition centres or venues. We do not deliver to consumers on behalf of trade customers (no drop shipping).
9. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and the time of delivery is not of the essence. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by a circumstance beyond our control or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of Goods.
10. Carriage is free on all orders over £500.00 for UK mainland, otherwise carriage is £15 per order on a 24-hour tracked service. Please note that an additional £10 small order surcharge will be applied to all orders below £300. This is except Northern Ireland & all islands of the UK, where carriage is £16.00 per box. We reserve the right to assess a per order surcharge for any orders that contain oversized or excessive weight items. Courier carriage to Europe is charged at 45€ per box for up to 30kg. You are also able to arrange your own courier or freight forwarder collections (pampeano will provide weight/volume information in such cases).
11. A shipping charge of US $95 per box will be applied to all orders to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and all other worldwide destinations; you are also able to arrange your own courier or freight forwarder collections (pampeano will provide weight/volume information in such cases).
12. You must inspect the Goods on delivery or collection.
13. If you identify any damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing within 3 days of delivery, providing details and photographic evidence where applicable, and the Goods must be returned to pampeano. If, upon return, the Goods are found to be defective to the satisfaction of pampeano we will, as appropriate, repair, replace, or provide a credit for the Goods or part of them.
14. We will be under no liability or further obligation in relation to the Goods if: you fail to provide notice as set above, make any further use of the Goods after giving notice under the clause above, the defect occurs from normal wear and tear, and/or the defect arises from misuse or alteration of the Goods, negligence, wilful damage or any other act by you, your employees or agents or any third parties.
15. You bear the risk and cost of returning the Goods.
16. Acceptance of the Goods will be deemed to be upon inspection of them by you and, in any event, within 4 days after delivery.
17. Other contingencies: in the event of any strike, trade dispute, fire, tempest, breakdown, accident, riot, crime, civil disturbance, war, force majeure, or any other occurrence or cause beyond the control of pampeano, any or all contracts or deliveries may be suspended and pampeano reserves the right to complete the contract or delivery at the termination of such cause or occurrence.
